Requesting quotes
- Open Manufacturing and filter suppliers by category: cut-and-sew, print-on-demand, embroidery, or packaging.
- Attach your finished tech pack and state target quantity, target price, and desired timeline in the quote request.
- Send to more than one supplier so you can compare quotes on the same spec.
- Track responses and negotiate through the PLM Hub, keeping every version of the tech pack tied to the quote it was sent with.

What to compare across quotes
A lower unit price with a much longer lead time or a much higher MOQ is not automatically the better quote for a new brand. Compare MOQ against your actual sell-through plan, and treat sample-round turnaround as seriously as unit price — slow samples delay a launch date more than a few cents of unit cost.
